Focussed on creating a home-from-home for student tenants, we developed this property to ensure comfortable living space, a social kitchen & dining area along with well-proportioned bedrooms for each tenant: Originally 4x Bedrooms with 2x Bathrooms, we converted the basement adding 2 new bedrooms and re-structured the existing space to create en-suite bathrooms to each bedroom.
