Steve purchased his first rental property in 2008, has a degree in Accountancy and 10 years’ commercial finance experience across multiple sectors. He set up Beyond in 2016, purchasing over 20 properties for clients and managing development projects in excess £1 million in year 1. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion for property and extensive personal experience has provided a platform to go Beyond for our partners!
Josie Lancaster
Head of Property Management
Josie is our lettings expert, managing a portfolio in excess of 200 rooms. She has a hands-on approach, establishing positive relationships with tenants and landlords alike and managing property maintenance and repairs. Her Design & Marketing degree along with 3 years’ industry experience is instrumental in planning and designing renovation projects.
Andrew Parkes
Director
Andrew has a Masters degree in Business Management and over 10 years’ experience in FTSE 100 Sales, Marketing & Business Development. He’s owned, refurbished, let and managed multiple properties throughout the UK and knows what it takes to deliver investment returns.
